In this project, our main objective was to elevate the user interaction and experience of the FishHawk app. FishHawk is a location-based platform tailored for anglers, integrating social networking features and tools to facilitate the sharing and acquiring of valuable fishing-related information. To achieve this, we employed a meticulous UI/UX design approach, aiming to effectively highlight the app's key features such as custom nautical maps, waypoints, marine weather forecasts, and a photo/video feed showcasing users' catches. Our ultimate goal was to create a design that is both clean and accessible, providing users with an enhanced overall experience on the platform.
