Design avatars for ProjectYouthbuild Staff/students and MxD collaborators.

Approach:
This project involved a collaborative and iterative approach to designing avatars in partnership with Project YouthBuild and MxD programs’ students and staff. The primary goal was to create avatars that authentically represented the diverse group of students and staff members according to their individual preferences. Throughout the design process, continuous feedback was gathered from each participant, allowing for ongoing refinements and updates to ensure the avatars reflected their desired representation. By creating these avatars, we aimed to enhance the collaborator’s visual identity of the MxD team while fostering a sense of inclusivity and empowerment among the PYB and MxD community.
